Grand Forks man hit while walking his bike across the street

Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) - An elderly Grand Forks man is recovering after being hit crossing the street on a bicycle. 69-year old Chester Argall has a leg injury.
The crash happened on Demers Avenue and South Washington Street in Grand Forks. Witnesses say Argall was walking his bike across the intersection and was hit by a van driven by 23-year-old Cynthia Jossart of Emerado.
