(WDAY TV) - A Ponsford, Minnesota man will spend 6-and-a-half years behind bars for his 12th D-W-I conviction.
48-year-old William Butcher was arrested New Year's Eve in Park Rapids on Highway 34.
Police say he was urinating on the side of the road and didn't have a valid driver’s license.
