BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The Federal Railroad Administration says the investigation continues into a train derailment south of Washburn nearly four months ago that killed a worker.

Agency spokesman Rob Kulat say more information might be available in August, but investigations involving fatalities can take up to a year to complete.
Five Dakota, Missouri Valley & Western Railroad engines went off the tracks on March 25, with two of them falling on the banks of Turtle Creek below. A railroad official speculated that the embankment gave way, causing the wreck.
Forty-six-year-old Jeff Heitzman of Mandan was killed. Another worker was treated at a Bismarck hospital and released.
