ND woman pleads not guilty in teen sex, booze case
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck woman accused of providing drugs and alcohol to minors and having sex with a teenage boy has pleaded not guilty to 10 felony charges.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck woman accused of providing drugs and alcohol to minors and having sex with a teenage boy has pleaded not guilty to 10 felony charges.
Authorities say 42-year-old Ruth Taylor provided drugs and alcohol to a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy this spring and twice had sex with the 17-year-old boy.
She is due back in court on Aug. 9 on four counts of giving the boys a prescription medication, two counts of corrupting minors and four counts of supplying them with alcohol.
