West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - West Fargo Police arrested a man they think may have been making counterfeit money.

On Sunday night, a man used three fake $20-dollar bills to buy tickets to the Red River Valley Fair at the Stop-N-Go store on Main Avenue in West Fargo. Police used surveillance video to track down 21-year-old Robert Flores from Moorhead.

During a search of his car on Monday, they found an undisclosed amount of counterfeit cash. Bail for Flores is set at $5-thousand dollars.

Since May 15th, Fargo Police have investigated 13 cases of counterfeit money. It's not clear if Flores is connected to those cases.
