Oakes, ND man sentenced on child porn charge
OAKES, N.D. (AP) — An Oakes man who pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge has been sentenced to five years in federal prison.
OAKES, N.D. (AP) — An Oakes man who pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge has been sentenced to five years in federal prison.
Acting U.S. Attorney Lynn Jordheim says 26-year-old Aaron Potts will be on supervised release for 10 years following his prison term.
Potts was arrested last November and accused of possessing materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
