As we told you Friday, Naboth Zondo, who is known as Naboth Highfill in Maryland, is being accused of seven counts of identity fraud and 5 counts of credit card fraud.

Zondo signed his extradition papers today and will be taken back to Maryland sometime in the next 10 business days. Zondo was part of a Liberian group who was asking for book donations for Liberia's first public library.

That group was issued a cease and desist order from the North Dakota Attorney General after making false claims that Governor Hoeven and the Liberian President would be attending events in Fargo.
