Victim of crash near Bowman identified
BOWMAN, N.D. (AP) — The Highway Patrol on Wednesday identified an 18-year-old Bowman man who died following a sport utility vehicle crash near the town.
BOWMAN, N.D. (AP) — The Highway Patrol on Wednesday identified an 18-year-old Bowman man who died following a sport utility vehicle crash near the town.
Authorities say 18-year-old Andrew Maychrzak (MY'-shak) was driving on U.S. Highway 12 just east of Bowman on Tuesday afternoon when he went into a ditch.
The SUV rolled and went through a fence, and Maychrzak was thrown from the vehicle. The patrol says he died at Southwest Healthcare Services in Bowman, not at West River Medical Center as originally reported.
