ROSEAU, Minn. – A Fargo man and his female passenger were hurt early today when the car he was driving went off the end of a curve, hit an approach and flew about 93 feet in the air before landing and rolling once, the Minnesota State Patrol said.

Jason Tostrup, 21, of Fargo, and Kelsey Mosher, 18, of Grygla, Minn., were taken to LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau for injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

Both were wearing their seat belts, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to a news release from the patrol.

Tostrup was driving a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix when the crash happened just after 2 a.m. on Highway 11 two miles east of Roseau.

The Roseau County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
