2 killed in semi-car collision identified
PERHAM, Minn. (AP) — The Minnesota State Patrol says the two people killed in an Otter Tail County crash were a 9-year-old girl and 32-year-old Evansville man.

The patrol says a car driven by Joshua Lawson pulled out in front of a semitrailer near Perham late Monday night.
The patrol says a car driven by Joshua Lawson pulled out in front of a semitrailer near Perham late Monday night. Lawson was killed as well as front seat passenger Kara Westhoff. Ten-year-old Luke Westhoff was in the back seat and was injured.
The driver of the semi, a Princeton man, wasn't hurt. The Daily Journal reports both vehicles ended up in the median of Highway 10.
