ND man accused of stealing farm equipment

MANVEL, N.D. (AP) — Grand Forks County authorities say one man has been arrested after dozens of stolen farm implements were found at his properties in rural Manvel and Mekinock.

MANVEL, N.D. (AP) — Grand Forks County authorities say one man has been arrested after dozens of stolen farm implements were found at his properties in rural Manvel and Mekinock.

A release from the sheriff's office says 45-year-old Rodney Chisholm faces two counts of felony theft.

The release says deputies found two skid-loaders, 10 buckets for skid-loaders, several utility trailers, a hay binder, an ATV and several hand tools during a search of Chisholm's properties. The items had been reported stolen over the past few years in Grand Forks, Cass and Walsh counties and in Minnesota's Marshall and Polk counties.

Chisholm is being held at the Grand Forks County jail on $25,000 bond. He's due back in court Aug. 4.

No numbers were listed for Chisholm in Mandel or Mekinock.
