BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Wishek man who is a registered high-risk sex offender has pleaded guilty to six felonies stemming from a February incident.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A Wishek man who is a registered high-risk sex offender has pleaded guilty to six felonies stemming from a February incident.
Twenty-three-year-old Owen Adams was accused of trying to rape a girl younger than 6 years old, fighting with a sheriff's deputy and pointing a loaded shotgun at three people.
Adams pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition, assault on a peace officer, attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer and three counts of reckless endangerment. A sentencing date was not immediately scheduled.
