Man sentenced in ND snowmobile crash
MANVEL, N.D. (AP) — A man accused of injuring another man with a snowmobile in the parking lot of Manvel's hockey arena has been sentenced to six months on electronic home monitoring and two years on unsupervised probation.
Twenty-five-year-old Daniel Halcrow of Fargo was accused of being drunk on Feb. 20 when he ran into the man and pinned him against a pickup truck, causing leg injuries.
Halcrow pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors: reckless endangerment and driving a snowmobile while intoxicated. He also was ordered to receive a chemical-dependency evaluation.
