Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Prosecutors have charged a former Fargo attorney who has a history of problems with the law with felony criminal vehicular operation and aggravated DWI. It's in connection with a crash on Highway 10 Friday night.
Prosecutors say 46 year-old Robert Light's blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit for driving. It was 0.162 percent.
Authorities say Light was driving with his 10-year-old son west of Glyndon. They say he went through a stop sign and hit another car.
4-people were taken to the hospital; one was life-flighted to MeritCare. Light faces more than four years in prison and a $14,000 fine.
