Former Fargo attorney charged with DWI after injury accidentFargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo attorney who was disbarred from practicing law in North Dakota in 2009 has been arrested and charged for a whole host of violations, including D-W-I in last night's Highway 10 crash.

46-year-old Robert Light was arrested for second degree D-W-I, criminal vehicular operation, no proof of insurance, failure to stop at a stop sign and no Minnesota driver's license.
In 2007, Light pleaded guilty to terrorizing and carrying a concealed weapon after he stuck a loaded pistol in a police officer's face. 46-year-old Robert Light was driving northbound on County Road 14 with his 10-year-old son.
Police say Light went through a stop sign and hit a Buick, driven by 55-year-old Michael Pickus of Detroit Lakes. 4-people were taken to the hospital; one was life-flighted to MeritCare. Authorities say Light's son, Michael, is no longer in the hospital.
