It took several hours to get the structure from its riverside location to Shepard Meadows, a new development around 41st Avenue South and 30th street in Moorhead. His family expects to live here by the third week of July, with only a few foundation cracks and updates to tend to.
“It's exciting. They day is here. It's amazing to see it come down the street. Mixed emotions seeing it come out of the place where it's been since it was built.”
The house will be on its foundation and in its final resting place by Tuesday.
