New Rockford student named the SADD Student of the Year

Jessica Roscoe, from New Rockford, North Dakota, has been named the Students Against Destructive Decisions student of the year.
Roscoe was formally recognized this morning in Fargo. She's been part of the organization, known as SADD, for the past six years.
Roscoe is focusing on preventing teens from using alcohol and tobacco, and on raising money for cancer research. This national honor comes on the heels of another state wide award. Roscoe was North Dakota's SADD student of the year in 2009 thru 2010.
