(WDAY TV) - Richland County deputies arrested an Amenia man after he lead 6 different law enforcement agencies on a 40-mile chase Sunday night.

Dispatchers got a report of 26-year-old Joshua Watt driving more than 100 miles an hour north of Wyndmere. Watt apparently drove to Breckenridge, where he got into a chase with police.

It continues into Wahpeton and for another 40 miles, eventually stopping near Milnor. Deputies say Watt threw a gun out of the vehicle and was arrested. He's facing charges in both Richland and Wilkin Counties.
