Ellendale couple sues over accident
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — An Ellendale couple says a South Dakota trucking company and one of its drivers should pay damages for a 2008 traffic accident. Arvid and Eva Mittleider (MIT'-ly-duhr) have filed a federal lawsuit against SS & H Ag Supplies Inc., and truck driver Austin Zens. The suit says Zens was driving a tractor-trailer rig that rear-ended the Mittleider's pickup.
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — An Ellendale couple says a South Dakota trucking company and one of its drivers should pay damages for a 2008 traffic accident.
Arvid and Eva Mittleider (MIT'-ly-duhr) have filed a federal lawsuit against SS & H Ag Supplies Inc., and truck driver Austin Zens. The suit says Zens was driving a tractor-trailer rig that rear-ended the Mittleider's pickup.
The complaint says both of the Mittleiders were hurt in the crash, and Eva Mittleider is totally disabled as the result of her injuries.
A spokesman for the Ashton, S.D., company said he had not seen the lawsuit and had no comment.
