Angel Food Ministries offers food relief
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Without a background check, food stamp, or proof of income, anyone in Fargo can now get food relief.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
People can get discounts on everyday essential foods. This help comes from Angel food Ministries, a national group.
People buy online for about half the cost of a grocery store. Then once a month pick it up here at the Metropolitan Baptist Church.
“They get the food at discount sale prices from the whole sellers because they buy in bulk and also because there is low over head in getting it here and they don't have to pay people so the savings just goes on to the customer.”
About 100 boxes were handed out today.
