Toronto man accused of credit card fraud in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Toronto man is accused of falsely representing himself to obtain credit cards from a bank in Fargo. Adeknunle Adetiloye is charged in federal court with at least 10 counts, including mail fraud and wire fraud. Authorities say he took hundreds of thousands of dollars from credit card accounts. He has pleaded not guilty.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Toronto man is accused of falsely representing himself to obtain credit cards from a bank in Fargo.

Adeknunle Adetiloye is charged in federal court with at least 10 counts, including mail fraud and wire fraud. Authorities say he took hundreds of thousands of dollars from credit card accounts. He has pleaded not guilty.

Authorities say Adetiloye called the U.S. Bank customer service center in Fargo to get the cards.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen Klein ordered him held until trial, which was not immediately set.
