Casselton teacher wins sweepstakes
Casselton, ND (WDAY TV) - A Casselton teacher began the day with a 500 dollar check presented to her. Shelly Sinner is one of 10 winners across the country.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
The sweepstakes is sponsored by Horace Mann companies, an insurance provider. She gets 500 dollars, and another 500 to donate to any non-profit education related organization.
Sinner filled out a form online after receiving an email, but says she didn't expect to hear her name called. Now with a little free money, is it vacation time?
“I'm pretty sure we'll find something fun to do this summer with it. A Twins game would be fun.”
The grand prize for the sweepstakes is 20 thousand dollars.
