BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Dunseith man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison in a drug case.
Acting U.S. Attorney Lynn Jordheim says 43-year-old Darrell Belgarde will be on supervised release for five years following his prison term on the conspiracy charge.
Authorities say Belgarde was involved in an operation to move methamphetamine from Texas to the Bismarck-Mandan area.
Another man, Christopher Gillis of Mandan, was sentenced last October to five years and five months in federal prison in the case.
