Bison receiver’s performance creates a buzz
(WDAY Sports) - Plenty of Bison fans are still buzzing about the performance that Justin Howard put on in the spring game on Saturday. And there are plenty wondering just who is Justin Howard?By: Dom Izzo, WDAY
Howard is the sophomore transfer from Mankato, who has now emerged as the go to receiver for Craig Bohl's team. He was terrific Saturday catching 6 balls for 120 yards and two scores.
“He's shown that during the course of all spring football that he's a guy that's got good speed, but more than that. He's a guy that makes plays and you'll see Justin Howard playing an awful lot for Bison football next year.”
“I think the spot is there for me. I'm always going to do what I can do for my team and I'm just going to play wherever the team wants me and let the coaches decide what's going on.”
