Foul play not ruled out in ND man's disappearance

KENSAL, N.D. (AP) — Foul play has not been ruled out in last weekend's disappearance of a Kensal area man. State and local authorities continue to search the James River area in Foster County for signs of 26-year-old Josh Blahna, who was last seen Sunday.

State and local authorities continue to search the James River area in Foster County for signs of 26-year-old Josh Blahna, who was last seen Sunday.

Foster County Sheriff Mike Tufte says foul play has not been ruled out in Blahna's disappearance.

Authorities have said footprints from Blahna's parked car with a flat tire led investigators to a shoe near the river. His mother later identified the shoe as belonging to her son.

Stutsman County Sheriff Dave Orr says investigators with his office and the state crime bureau are scouring Blahna's car for evidence.
