Texas man dies in ND crash
WATFORD CITY, N.D. (AP) - A Texas man is dead after a vehicle crashed into a tree in Watford City.

The Highway Patrol says 27-year-old Arnoldo Gaytan was a front-seat passenger in the vehicle that crashed about 12:40 a.m. Tuesday. The patrol did not say what town in Texas Gaytan was from.
The driver, another Texas man, and a back seat passenger from Nevada were taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries. Watford City is in northwest North Dakota, in the state's oil patch.
