Schultz, a convicted sex offender, is charged with a dozen felonies involving child sex crimes. He and his ex-wife allegedly used two juveniles in so called sexual games. According to the court complaint, Schultz allegedly told the juveniles they could not tell anyone or social services might get involved. That is when the strip poker and sex games began.
The games of strip poker lead to truth or dare and inappropriate touching involving Schultz, Wadkins, and the juvenile girl and boy.
“We get allegations like this we take it very seriously and of course we encourage anybody who feels like they have been abused to tell somebody.
The two not only face sex crime, but abuse and neglect of a child.
“That is what we have to take under consideration is the victims in the case the children. To see what is in their best interest and we are not going to force anyone to testify, if they can't or unable to but we have to go forth and convict with the evidence.”
With "not guilty" pleas entered, a judge will set a trial date. The two will be tried separately later this summer.
