Fargo man arrested for felony terrorizing
FARGO - An intoxicated man allegedly pulled a knife on a stranger Friday night, leading to his arrest for felony terrorizing.By: Forum Staff Reports, INFORUM
Scott Reynolds, 21, of Fargo, was arrested and taken to the Cass County Jail.
The incident happened about 10:18 p.m. in the 1000 block of Third Avenue North in Fargo.
According to Police Sgt. Jason Nelson, an intoxicated man walked up to a man he didn’t know and pulled out a knife. The man didn’t say or do anything. The victim then called police. He “said it scared the heck out of him,” Nelson said.
Reynolds was arrested at about 10:45 p.m. a short distance from the altercation.
