Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo police arrested another man on an outstanding warrant in connection with the Best Buy theft ring. 21-year-old Garrett Johnson was arrested while attending a Bison baseball game at Newman field last night.

Johnson is one of two NDSU football players kicked off the team last week after charges were filed. Tuesday morning, a judge set bail for 4 of the 12 men accused in that theft ring.

Chernel Magaga, Gregory Reid, Jr., Sheiku Deen and Clarence Taye each face a Class C felony charge. The judge set bail at $3,000 or 10 percent cash for all of them and appointed them all public defenders.

Investigators say in a series of thefts, about $150-thousand dollars worth of electronics and merchandise was taken from Best Buy. Police say the job was organized by two security guards in the store. There is still an arrest warrant out for Jeffery Ingersol.
