Jamestown family left homeless after house fire

Jamestown, ND (WDAY TV) - The Salvation Army is helping a Jamestown family left without a home after a fire. It happened at Trailer number 133 in Northland Estates around 4:15.
Firefighters arrived to heavy flames and thick smoke. They were on scene for an hour.
No one was home at the time or injured, but two dogs escaped. The fire appears to have started near a water heater.
The home has extensive smoke and water damage.
