1 man killed, 2 hurt in crash off I-29 in ND
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — One man has been killed and two others hurt in a two-vehicle crash off of Interstate 29 in Grand Forks County.
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — One man has been killed and two others hurt in a two-vehicle crash off of Interstate 29 in Grand Forks County.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says two Minto men were in a vehicle that exited I-29 and drove into the path of a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Juan Mata Jr. of Mekinock. Both vehicles ended up in ditches in the 1:30 p.m. Sunday crash.
The patrol says all the men were taken to a Grand Forks hospital, where an 87-year-old passenger in the first vehicle died.
The names of the Minto men have not been released, pending notification of their families. The patrol says the driver is 83.
