North Dakota's medical examiner has released the cause of death for a Fargo man found dead outside his vehicle on a highway in Richland County.
The medical examiner says 45-year old James Parrow died of a heart attack.
The Richland County Sheriff's office says a passerby found Parrow in front of a vehicle parked on an approach on Highway 27 earlier this week.
