4 to interview on campus for NDSU presidency

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The committee searching for a new president for North Dakota State University has chosen four candidates for campus interviews, starting April 26.

They are Gary Miller, provost and vice president at Wichita State; Dean Bresciani, a former vice president at Texas A&M; John Gardner, a vice president at Washington State; and Shippensburg University President William Ruud.

The committee is to meet May 13 to select finalists. The state Board of Higher Education is to interview finalists on May 24.

NDSU is searching for a successor to Joseph Chapman, who resigned late last year after criticism of his spending.
