Minn. man gets 20-plus years for drug conspiracy

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Minnesota man has been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison for his role in a Red River Valley drug conspiracy.

Justin Peterson, also known as Little J, had pleaded guilty in North Dakota federal court to conspiracy to distribute and distribution of controlled substances.

Authorities say the drug ring involved more than 500 grams of methamphetamine.

Peterson, of Felton, Minn., also was convicted in January of retaliating against a witness.
