At his initial appearance today, 46-year old Steven Rowland's bond was lowered to 1.2 million dollars, down from five million. He did not enter a plea today. He's still being held in the Richland County Jail.
Rowland is accused of shooting 58-year-old Gordon Vosberg in the chest, killing him, after a fight at the Four Corners Motel and Lounge about closing time Thursday morning. Rowland's preliminary hearing is May 6th.
