Woman crashes car into house, charged

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck woman has pleaded guilty to several misdemeanors including driving under the influence after authorities say she crashed her car into a house early Monday.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck woman has pleaded guilty to several misdemeanors including driving under the influence after authorities say she crashed her car into a house early Monday.

Twenty-one-year-old Amanda Vetter was sentenced in municipal court to serve two days in jail and spend a year on unsupervised probation on charges including DUI, reckless driving, duty upon striking fixtures and inhalation of vapors.

Vetter also is charged in district court with possession of a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Her bond on those charges was set at $250.

No one was hurt in the crash. Police estimate damage to the house at $1,000 and damage to the car at $10,000.
