Another lawsuit filed against former Shanley teacher
(WDAY TV) - A 12th lawsuit, alleging sexual abuse has been filed against former Shanley teacher, Brother Raimond Rose.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
The latest abuse charges against Rose and the church come from an unidentified man who says Rose abused him in the late '70's in a hotel during an overnight trip to Fergus Falls.
The man was a 15-year old Shanley student at the time. There is at least 8 other lawsuits against him in Minnesota.
He also faces 3 similar suits connected to Shanley in Fargo. Brother Rose now lives in Chicago. He first came to the Fargo area in 1976 and worked as a teacher at Shanley for 4 years.
