Bismarck Bobcat building selling for $8.3M
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The old Bobcat Co. building in Bismarck is on the market for $8.3 million.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The old Bobcat Co. building in Bismarck is on the market for $8.3 million.
The company closed its manufacturing plant in the city in December. It is selling the main factory, along with a smaller manufacturing building nearby and two acres of land northeast of the site.
Real estate agent Kyle Holwagner says the building could be used for a variety of industrial activities. He did not provide details on how a price was arrived at but said the plant is "priced competitively to attract buyers." He says there has been some interest.
Bobcat makes skid-steer loaders and other light construction equipment.
