North Fargo street closed from rising water
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It's a first this flood fight. A busy street in North Fargo has been shut down because of rising water.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
Elm Street by the El Zagal Golf Course is closed. Road signs are now up, blocking traffic from driving on the street.
Water is starting to flow over the roadway. That begins to happen once the Red River reaches 18 feet. Traffic is detoured to 14th and 15th Avenues by way of 3rd Street.
