Moorhead Police investigate attempted kidnapping

Moorhead, Minn. (WDAY TV) - Moorhead Police are investigating a disturbing incident that happened outside Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
They say a man approached a 9-year old girl, told her that her mother wanted her to come with him. The girls knew it wasn't true and ran back inside the church.
Police say the man is white, with black hair. He was wearing a Vikings shirt and cap, and had a chest tattoo of a snake.
