Fargo sandbag effort nears halfway mark

Sandbagging efforts continue in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
The City of Fargo is almost half-way to its goal of 1-million sandbags. So far, they've filled 490-thousand.
Moorhead is a-third of the way to their goal of 300-thousand sandbags. 133-thousand sandbags are ready to go.
