ND man arrested in alleged abuse of his child
WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) — A Wahpeton man is suspected in the alleged abuse of his 4-month-old baby. Nineteen-year-old Jonathan Thoennes was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child. He's being held in the Richland County jail.

Nineteen-year-old Jonathan Thoennes was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child. He's being held in the Richland County jail.
Authorities say Thoennes' child was flown to a Fargo hospital on March 1 with serious injuries. Details of the baby's condition have not been released.
Thoennes faces up to 10 year in prison in convicted.
No number was listed for Thoennes. It was not immediately known whether he had an attorney.
