FARGO, N.D. (AP) — An information and communications technology company based in Illinois is cutting jobs in some North Dakota communities, though Ygomi (why-GOH'-mee) hasn't released how many or where.
Two of Ygomi's subsidiaries, SEI and Verety, have employees in North Dakota. Ken Cordes, Ygomi's director of business development support, says there will be some job cuts in smaller North Dakota towns but an increase in employment in Fargo and Grand Forks.
SEI, which provides call center services, has North Dakota offices in those two cities.
Verety, which provides remote order-taking services, has North Dakota offices in Fargo, Rugby, Steele, Wishek and Hazen.
