Bison wrestling at the NCAA west regional
(WDAY Sports) - The Bison wrestling team is competing at the NCAA west regional today in Brookings.By: Trevor Peterson, WDAY
It's basically the qualifying tournament for the NCAA championships.
The winners of each weight class advance to nationals. The Bison finished 4th at regionals last year.
“We had a great team season, but now it's all about me. It's all about the individual. We're all going out there to do that to perform as individuals and to show the country what NDSU wrestling is becoming.”
The finals are going on as we speak. The Bison had 3 wrestlers qualify for the finals.
