Phenomenal turnout for Fargo Sportsmen's Show

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Despite many families trying to save money because of the economy, a phenomenal turnout to the Sportsmen's Show in Fargo!

It's the 45th year of the show at the dome. About 200 exhibits took part the past four days. A higher number of outfitters from Colorado and Wyoming are credited with the increase in attendance.

About 23-thousand people visited the show. That broke the goal by one thousand.

"Maybe some people weren't able to make it out to our boat show in January. We had really bad weather so I think just a lot of things came into play to just give us that extra push to just put things over the top."

Resort bookings, boats, and campers were big sellers.
