US Bank to build a new facility in Fergus Falls
Fergus Falls, Minn. (WDAY TV) - People in Fergus Falls will see another huge construction project in the town. 4 homes on West Lincoln are being bought out by U.S. Bank in Fergus.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
This summer, the business will build a new facility. The banks lease in their current building is up this fall. City officials say final approval for the project should be done in 4 weeks.
“You think about it, they'd be a good neighbor and your hours of business. It doesn't get any better than that.”
Johnson says neighboring homeowners worried their property value would go down; he says this will likely increase the value.
