(WDAY TV) - A Harwood man will spend 45 days in jail for punching a Fargo police officer in the mouth back in November.

(WDAY TV) - A Harwood man will spend 45 days in jail for punching a Fargo police officer in the mouth back in November.

22-year-old Brandon Klevgaard plead guilty to a felony assault charge.

He hit the officer in the mouth with a closed fist while being arrested for reckless driving and hitting a pole on 9th Avenue South in Fargo.
