Valley City, ND (WDAY TV) - A town hall flood meeting is planned for today in Valley City.
The goal is to help residents learn more about the flood outlook this spring. The meeting in Valley City will be from 6:30 - 8:00 tonight at the High Liner Activity Center.
There will be similar meetings tomorrow in Devils Lake and Cavalier.
