GLENWOOD, Minn. (AP) - Pope County prosecutors say a 16-year-old driver wasn't texting and won't face felony charges in a car crash that killed an elderly Morris woman.

Asst. County Attorney Chad Larson says there's no evidence to support felony charges against a 16-year-old boy who was driving a Porsche that collided head-on with the victim's car last September.

KSAX-TV reports prosecutors have ruled out texting while driving as a factor in the crash. Seventy-seven-year-old Margaret Miller died at the Glenwood

Hospital. The Minnewaska Area High School student was treated and

released from the hospital.
