A Fargo attorney says he plans to appeal the Fargo Planning Commission's decision rejecting the plan.
Craig Richie says he'll ask the City Commission to approve a conditional use permit for the Christian Sports Commission to turn this home at 106 16th St. N into a group home for up to 12 men.
He says the issue will probably go to the commission sometime in March. Some neighbors in the area strongly opposed the idea.
Richie says he's gotten a 30-day extension on an option to buy the house.
